About These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of ClubMate during the beta testing phase. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

What ClubMate Is

ClubMate is a tool to help grassroots football teams manage training, matches, awards, player development, and communication. It is currently in beta and is still being improved.

Your Responsibilities

When using ClubMate, you agree to:

• Only add accurate information
• Respect the privacy of players and families
• Ensure you have permission from parents/guardians before adding children's data
• Not misuse the app or share access with unauthorised people

DBS & Safeguarding Responsibility

ClubMate does not check or verify whether coaches or staff have valid DBS certificates. It is your responsibility (as a club, coach, or organiser) to ensure that all adults working with children have the appropriate safeguarding checks in place.

Beta Testing

During the beta phase:

• The app may contain bugs or change frequently
• Some features may be incomplete or removed
• We appreciate honest feedback to help improve the app
